I was told my vehicle was fixed and ready. Just to show up to pick it up and find out that it wasn’t fixed at all.
Ricky was really great with checking me in and getting the paperwork ready. However, I am frustrated that my reports are not accurate. Last year in April 2020, it said I needed tires then October 2020, they said my tires were great and April’s service the mechanic messed up. Now this service is stating that I need tires and the mechanic in October messed up. I understand people make mistakes, but when it comes to working on a car there shouldn’t be any. Now it makes me wonder if other stuff is being checked correctly.

Very good in explaning future needed services
My right front rim was damaged, I took it back to get repaired. The entire rim is ruined now, the paint & texture don't match at all. There's multiple scratches & Mark's on the rim, I want my rim replaced.
