I had an appointment for Tuesday morning. Dropped off before 8 am and truck wasn't done till after 3 pm. Not sure what happened. They did finish by the end of the day.
Patrick was great! Very professional yet relaxed, made me feel as if he cared about taking care of me. A huge surprise was he was aware of all of my concerns in detail (something my previous 2 Ford dealers were sorely lacking). The automatic turn off feature of my vehicle. I bought it in for that and a 50000 checkout. They said they charged the battery. When I got in the vehicle and drive away it so had the same issue. I was unable to come back and discuss it with the advisor.
