Very good customer service.
Service was great. The problem with my f250 SD is better But Not Fixed. I kept it for a couple of days before responding just to make sure but there still a problem with the front end I think the linkage or something needs to go to in yo for an in alignment shop to check out some of the things they recommend potentially replacing With that said if you could set up a front in alignment that would be great
Had to call late in afternoon to ask for status. Would be nice to receive a status text so we can make appropriate plans for the pick up or not. Other than that, Patrick was very plesent and helpful when I did speak with him.

Yes, everyone was wonderful! From the one who checked us in, the guy who retrieved the car and the woman at the desk who took care of us quickly and politely.
Nothing really wrong with the service. Just disappointed that my 7 year old vehicle had a blown motor already and it wasn't covered at all. Noone fault really. Just ****. Repair cost was more than the vehicle is worth so I got rid of it.
