I brought my truck in several weeks ago for a service. During this process a sensor was damaged by a technician which caused my check engine light to come on. Tom Healy corrected the issue immediately. This is the reason I continue to get my truck services with Santa Maria Ford. Thank you, Sean

Overall better experience from the last time. Took a little longer to get done with an appointment. Waiting on the vehicles report card have not received it yet. But other than that I was happy with visit.
Car was ready on time and work seamed to be done to my satisfaction

Patrick was terrific to work with. As a family, we have all Ford cars & trucks, and it is great to have service like Patrick’s as we move to the area. Patrick also established some added warranty work that needs to be completed in the future.
We are always met with fast, knowledgeable, efficient service. we have dealt with Patrick for a number of years and he always had our car repaired or serviced as promised. He keeps us informed by phone as job progresses and checks with us if there is a change. You would do well to keep this serviceman and compensate him amply. Recently we had an unexpected problem and drove in without an appointment. He graciously took our car in saying he would take care of us and we had our car before expected. For the record we do not know Patrick personally, only from the service dept. we recommend Patrick highly and hope to continue doing business with him.
Just one thing. Marked that my windshield wipers were good. My windshield wipers are torn and half hanging off.
