My car surged out of control I had it towed and then Tom called me the new t morning he called and said I was going to be charged $140 to look at it or pick it up and they won't look at it. I had it returned to me and will deal with it under California lemon law. I've had the car for 10 months and it's been in for various problems more times than I can count. The sudden acceleration when I was pulling into a parking space was the last straw.
Patrick is amazing! He made sure that all information was accurate and answered my many questions since I was a bit concerned leaving my vehicle. He returned it in a timely manner and in a better condition than when I left it. 5 stars all the way!
Although the service is good, it is impossible to speak with a service representative when trying to answer questions before scheduling an appointment. I have left messages without getting a return call.
We bought our 15 passenger van from you last year and had one spare key made a couple of months ago. We attemoted to get two more keys made this week and after the man cut three different keys and them not working... he told us to call a locksmith instead.
