Just asked to have windshield wipers changed, and I guess they forgot... and do you not wash the vehicles after you service them? Just curious...
I appreciate the professional and courteous service from Patrick. I live in Fresno and have been very unhappy with Lithia Ford Lincoln there. Unfortunately, the repair costs far exceeded the market value of the car. BVawter
Seem to be to busy to ask question, etc. Also took 2 days for service. Car back dirtier than when brought in.
I’m hoping Tom gets back to me as promised with an explanation for the message on my display. He took a photo and said he would follow up. You also might want to known that I received the notice that my truck was ready to be picked up about 3 hours after I left with it. Not a big deal, but sort of weird.

Service advisor was nice and knowledgeable of what I needed done and did put or recommend anything I didn’t need when I brought it up. Car runs much better now.
