Not the best communication on when my vehicle would be done. It ended up staying over night because nobody called to confirm it whether it was ready or not. I had to get up and go to work and thankfully I had another vehicle at home. I live in a rural area so I have to somewhat plan my days. Victor was very nice just not sure he checks his voicemail.

I would like to pick up the results of the vehicle inspection that was done as part of the service. There was a notation referring me to this paper but it was not given to me when I picked up my truck. I have called the cashier and will pick up the inspection paper tomorrow morning (Nov. 11). Thanks for taking care of my truck for the last 20 years.

I don’t understand how a new vehicle less than a year old can have a manufactures defect and not be covered. I also don’t understand how the dealership offer number to number coverage yet not be covered either. That was definitely a waste of money I wish I could take back now. My rear defroster cable is completely hanging off. I would totally understand if I caused the issue it would be my responsibility but when it’s a manufactures defect and I’m told that I would be financially responsible for fixing it? That is just ridiculous.
