Excellent service from start to finish.
I was disappointed that I was not explained to the work that was being done, I said the filters could be replaced, I was told by the check out girl that I have a nail in my tire, only because I asked what was done other wise nobody would have said anything!..I was not impressed with the customer service. Victor was very nice checking me in. I would have liked if the service department went over the work that was being done AFTER it was serviced.
Thank you for the recommendations of service to be done. I will have the recommended items done at my next service appointment.
Poor communication, inaccurate service delivery
I should of been told there would be extra charge for more oil . Also that my tires would be rotated as I just got the tires maybe 1,000 miles ago

I was heading home to the OC...when I noticed the engine light was on...didn't want to make that drive if something was wrong...Patrick was very helpful and nice...got the job done quickly...Thank you

Service Rep had to sign-off on Multi-Point Inspection Report after talking to the technician because the technician didn’t fill it out.
Great service, quick, easy and I was driven to work which was awesome! Thanks to all had a part with my car service.
I dropped my car off @ 0850, before my 0900 appoint. I did receive a text message about 1130 from Tom stating to text any questions. I asked 3 times, via the text number, every 2 hours, 1139, 1345 and again at 4. I then called and left a message at 1630. At 1640, I finally got a call my car was done. What I don’t understand is why it took from 0900 to almost 1700 for a basic oil change to be completed?? I know I dropped my car off, but that didn’t mean I didn’t need it all day. I figured my car would be ready in a couple hours. I had to borrow a vehicle to go pick up my children from school. I also don’t understand why I get a message to text any questions but no responses all day. I understand being busy, but because I wasn’t physically waiting, doesn’t mean I wasn’t waiting for my vehicle. The lack of communication and respect for my time is what was frustrating. I hope my next service appointment goes better.
Great service but would like to see service team members wear mask especially when there in my car.
