For a $380 job, it would have been nice to receive a clean car especially the windshield! Otherwise good service
Although they are quick to service my vehicle, my car was not washed for the second time and I had to ask for a car report card.
My appt was for am and truck not released as promised by noon.simple oil change
Service order stated tire rotation but not done. Front passenger tire has no
Tire weight and it was still in front when I picked up vehicle.
There was grease footprints on the running boards and grease hand prints in truck . I showed this to Patrick and offered to clean but I declined and tool truck home and cleaned myself.

I’m sorry but I cannot remember any of staff member’s names that I dealt with. Everyone that helped me were very friendly and frequently followed up with me to see what help I needed and provided updates on when things moved to the next step. There is a really great team of people that have excellent customer service skills. I will return again and will tell others about my great experience at Ford in Santa Maria. Thank you for making it a pleasant experience.
The problem I took the truck in for was fixed and I was satisfied with that part.
I had requested that the front differential get serviced. The request was on the ticket but overlooked. It would have been great to get that service done while the truck was there.

Had an issue with my 4 wheel drive while in Colorado a week ago. I called Tom Healey and told him my issues. He was more than helpful with helping me try to diagnose the issues and also with my warranty questions. Unfortunately the part never came in on time to the local shop while I was over there. As soon as I got back home Tom got my truck in the next day and got it all taken care of very quickly. Thanks again Tom and everyone at Santa Maria Ford.
I usually get a small sticker put on my windshield as a reminder to change my oil next time. I didn’t get that this time. I also noticed that the cashier couldn’t find the total price of my bill. It was weird because she left the register and went inside another room. She came out and didn’t explain why my bill was changed. It was a different experience this time.
Everything is running fine.
Nothing bad to say just a well satisfying customer one question though what was the reason for my check engine ???
I was blessed with same day service. My appt was on time and I was done in 90 minutes. The staff was great!
