You left my car out in the rain with the sunroof open. My blind that worked when I came in no longer works. Your technician was not honest about what happened. Your manager pocket dialed me and discussed the whole situation with his coworker. Very unprofessional. I will no longer be a customer with Ford.
I was told it would take one hour and it took 2. No one came to update me. There was no reason for it taking so long.
Ford did not get the parts for the recall for over a year.
