Very disappointed, will not use Santa Maria Ford agaim

I purchased a 16’ mustang from SM ford I’m September and I have had numerous mechanical issues since. Service department has tried to fix one of the windows 3 or 4 times, each repair caused a conflict with my work schedule and I am very dissatisfied it hasn’t been fixed properly

You did a good job attaching the side view mirror, but I was overcharged $72. Kurt discovered it. I thanked him. He's honest. Too bad I couldn't receive it back on my credit card. Had to get it in oil changed, so will take several months to satisfy.

We were happy with Tom and the service done on the truck. However we were unable to use our rewards points to pay for the service. They said the system was down and we had to pay for the service.
I paid online so I didn’t have to wait. But I had to ask the person in the parts department to find the cashier. He called for the cashier but no one came for over 10 minutes. Then I had to
Wait another 10 minutes waiting for someone to bring my car.
Everything I have had my car serviced there I have never had an employee that cared about customer service
