Victor does a great job there. He made sure I was good with drop off and pick up times from my work. Don also assisted well with pick up times. Pleasure to do business. Though my service visit was not complete with transmission dept was busy everything else was just fine. Santa Maria Ford made it very easy for me to drop off with my busy schedule. Good team Randy.

Such a convenient service
I’m generally not one to complain. I’ve always been treated well at Santa Maria Ford. I’ve purchased 5 new vehicles in the past 10 years from SM Ford. I came into today with an appointment at 9:00am for a oil change on my wife’s 2018 Explorer Sport. I was a “waiter” and I did wait and wait and wait. I waited for an 1hr and 45min before the car was finished. I didn’t feel real special. I would understand if the service department was swamped, but it didn’t appear to me that was the case. I recently purchased a 2022 F150 and waited for over a year to get the truck. So I would guess I can describe myself patient. I have 150 miles on the new truck today. I wish someone could explain to me my this happened. is that the new normal?

What can I say other then, I was completely blow away with the service I received, the vehicle looked perfect in every way, ,Victor is amazing as is the entire Service Staff could not ask for a better service and experience.
