I asked Tom to check on any recalls on my car but there was no information when I picked up my car.Now, I have to remember to call him on Monday and i guarantee that he didn't take care of it. The cashiers were under huge stress. I arrived before 5pm and they looked like they wanted to cry, they were so busy. Unfortunately, many of us customers felt like we were a terrible inconvenience to those women who were working so hard. They couldn't find customer's tickets, keys, or in my case, anything that said my car was even there. Overall, I didn't feel valued as a customer.
