It’s very challenging reaching a live person when calling your service department. Also when we purchased our vehicle at your dealership I inquired if you wash our car after each service and was told yes. This service has rarely happened. This may seem like an unimportant service to your customers, but it’s not to us. It’s disappointing that it’s not important to your dealership to provide better customer service after the initial vehicle sale.

When I went to pick up my car today, 3:36pm, the lady who works the desk wasn’t there. I waited and waited. Ken at the parts department heard me ask “is anyone there?” Ken said she stepped out and would be back soon. I waited longer. Ken finally decided I had waited enough and said to me, I don’t know where she is, let me see what I can do. He asked me my name and said here is your paperwork but I don’t know how to check you out and let me get your car. He left with my keys and came back saying my car was blocked in. He looked for the keys to the car that was blocking me. By this time the lady came back and did a couple things in the office then checked me out. Ken told her my car was blocked in. The lady proceeded to answer the telephone and the answered it a second time this time sitting down to have a conversation with whomever was on the phone! By this point I am getting irritated!! I mean really??? Ignore the fact that I’ve been waiting and you know I have and you know my car is blocked? Rude. Ken heard mr say “you’ve got to be kidding!” In frustration and grabbed the keys and went out to move the cars. I could see Ken was frustrated with me because he was telling a coworker that I was getting upset at the whole thing. Well I walked over and thanked Ken for helping me. Ken said he is trying. He gave me my keys and he pulled out the car that was blocking mine and I pulled out my car and left. I can tell you each time I have my car serviced at ford in Santa Maria it is not a pleasant experience. I can’t name any time that I’ve been satisfied. I am starting to think is my car truly being taken care of?

Please let me explain. I think the service that was completed on the lincoln was terrific. Her is my concern. While service was being accomplished on the Lincoln, it was noticed that one of the tires had a nail in it. While I recognize that the dealership did not have a tire available rather than sending my wife out on the highway with this inherent problem could not you have replace the damage time with the spare that I believe is onboard? I don't think any of the staff would wand that to happen to their family member. Thats it, just thought I would let you know.

A friendly and totally efficient employee. We are always happy to deal with z Patrick. He always gives us prompt service and keeps us informed if a problem arises or calls to our attention a potential problem. And he has the approximate cost when he informs us. . We hope others are ad fortunate as we are now and in the future. Give this man a raise in pay. He deserves it.

Difficult to communicate via phone . No one picks up. My $160 dollar service includes tire rotation. They have never once returned it with spec tire pressure. Close but not spec. Matters to me because I tow. If this isn’t spot on what else isn’t?
