Tom was very professional on getting my truck to me Monday after originally the other service advisor never called me , called in sick on Monday and if it wasn’t for Tom making sure that my truck got repaired after I showed up at after 3pm on Monday asking WTF no one called me , my truck wouldn’t be done till who knows when , he told me it would be done at 5 pm on Monday and it was .. he really showed that he cares about ford customers and I will always ask for him to help me when I need service, the other guy **** ..

I scheduled service to replace my 3G modem for 3/1/22. I was phoned about 2 hours after I dropped the vehicle off that the part was not available for my car and had to be ordered. This should have been research by Ford service BEFORE my appointment.
I ordered the part and had to make multiple follow up phone calls to get status on the part availability and to schedule the second trip to have the modem replaced. This is below the level of service I expect from Ford.

Amazing service! Had an appointment at 12:00 when your service team is scheduled for lunch. Seeing that I would be waiting there with my 7 week old, they all worked into their lunches to get it done. After a tough morning this really helped make my day go a lot smoother! Cannot thank them enough for getting this new mom out of there so fast.

Dan sitas para llevar los carros pero no los entregan el mismo día y no avisan si los tendrán para el mismo día luego de eso pues no disen nada si le repararon algo o le salió algo en el diagnóstico y la troca sigue igual con el mismo ruido
