I requested Julian Lopez, but someone else took it. However,in the end, it was Julian who actually helped me when I asked him for an explanation of my report and my other questions and concerns. Other than not getting my requested Service Rep, Julian Lopez, I was happy with the service and very pleased that Mr. Lopez made himself available to help me.
I appreciate the use of text messages to notify me when service is due. I replied to the text message as suggested to schedule service a couple of times but received no response. I ultimately had to call the service department to setup my appointment due to lack of response.
