Patrick is always very helpful.
I am satisfied with the fact the mechanic found the problem. I had 2 other mechanics say they could not seem to find an issue. Patrick was very helpful and kind. Just one thing that I was a little disappointed with. I was told the price to repair my car was the vacuum lines and replace the Mass Air Flow sensor. I read the repair form and it stated the Mass Airflow sensor was cleaned not replaced. I feel the amount I paid was for replacement as stated by Patrick. With that said I take my Ford vehicles there and I still will. It was just something that I noticed and felt for the amount paid it should have been replaced as stated in my phone call for repairs.
Patrick was friendly, helpful, and accommodating--an excellent professional in his job.
