I am very happy with the service provided by Julian Lopez and the entire Santa Maria Ford team.
I spoke with Lisa regarding possible replacement of the charging port cover. She was to follow up after my engagement with Ford asking for a cost reduction She left my work order open until this issue was resolved. I received a text message yesterday stating my car was ready for pick up. I replied to the text message, asking for an update on the part status and received no reply. My car was not at the shop during this time as I picked it up weeks ago when the original oil maintenance was completed. I am not happy with the lack of follow up on this issue.
