Great service, friendly and reasonably priced.

Service person called during service and said I needed a cabin filter. I asked what it was for and he couldn’t say. I told him no because I was confused as I did not know what it was for. Then he called a bit later and said car was ready. Since Ford gave me a ride home I asked if they were going to pick me up and he said yes he would contact shuttle. I waited over an hr and no shuttle came so I called back and was told they would send it. When I got there no one told me me navigation was not updated. I kept looking at receipt and it just said zero charges for navigation. I asked Julian who was in the area and he explained to me that it needed to be trouble p only can do this on MWF. He was very helpful plus he noticed my tire pressure was not equal and sent car back in for adjustment. Very helpful. I think the person who originally logged me in just needs a bit more training. I had Julian last time and he is excellent.

A great guy and a job well done in less time than expected…also a bit less money than I expected.

Well done, I’m an older woman and the service was greatly appreciated . I have used Santa Maria Ford since 2001 and have always been treated well and had competent service on my first vehicles.

I was told my car was ready and I should meet the service agent at cashier office, but I had to wait over 15 minutes for the paperwork. Customers should not be told to proceed to the cashier if the paperwork is not actually done!

Lisa did an excellent job but the two guys were supposed to bring my vehicle back after I paid the cashier never showed up and Lisa had to come over and do it herself

Julian Lopez worked very hard to make sure my vehicle was repaired correctly. It was a pretty complicated issue and he made sure I was always updated on the repairs. He did an excellent job.
