Julian is great, very helpful and apologetic. But my car was brought in at 9:15. I was given a loaner car and came back about 11:30. I should have been told to take the car home and they would call me when my car was finished. Thinking it would only be another hour I waited. till 4:00. just for an oil change.

Took way too long. Arrived at 8:45 am for a 9 o clock appointment. I waited in the lobby and drove off just after 11 am.
I was charged $85. No work,or replacent of parts was performed. It was later determined that I had merley hit a switch that activated the assist drive system unknowingly. So there was no need for a diagnostic. So therefore nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I request a free oil change on my
