Aubry is polite, knowledgeable and great at her job. She has helped me on two service visits and was outstanding both times.
Peter was great. Not happy with the performance of this truck. First software issues, then battery because of software, then transmission issues and now coolant system, what next? All before 60 k miles. I have been driving for 54 years and have owned probably 15 cars in my lifetime, all new. This is the worst performing of the bunch. Very disappointed but again Peter was great. He did exactly what he said he was going to do in a timely manner.

The car was taken care of in a quick and efficient manner but I would have preferred to have the result explained to me by Mr Sanchez. We brought it in for a specific issue and we would have liked to have more of an explanation as to why we had the issue to start with and if there was anything in particular we needed to keep an eye on. Both the drop off and pick up was easy to do, even with a toddler in tow.
Chris is very professional and courteous. He always provides excellent customer service. He communicates effectively and keeps me updated while service is being done on my vehicle.
