I was taken care of immediately upon pulling into the service area. I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, and it was ready sooner than expected! Landing always provides excellent customer service every time I have my vehicle serviced.
Ted Stark is one of the best customer service reps I’ve ever experienced! In the past I have had some not very good experiences at Paradise. Ted goes above and beyond and he understands what customer service is all about, hi boo-boo it if I could give him 10 stars I would please make sure that Ted is recognized. He is an awesome service rep.

I had a bad experience in Dec with your service department. I only went back today because this was warranty work. Ted was very thorough and personable. He did not act rushed, and listened to everything I said. I have not had that kind of service at this dealership in the past.
Because of my encounter today, I may change my mind about finding another service center. If you really value your customers, you might look at Ted Stark and copy his costumer service style.
Working with Chris was excellent. He took care of all my concerns and I would definitely recommend paradise Chevrolet service department because of Chris.

When I spoke to Michael about my frustration with my brand new vehicle having another issue with the same sensor/location he seemed to be defensive. I felt he was not hearing me but wanted to be right vs understanding that my new vehicle should not be having a repeat identical failure as he advised. I explained there has to be an underlying issue, not just a “ bad sensor,” I discussed how a brand new vehicle should not have these issues just a few months from purchasing it. The gentleman helping me seemed more annoyed that I had brought up these concerns and what I’d like to be done. I was right to find out it was not the sensor but a Ethernet cable. I am extremely unhappy purchasing a new 2025 vehicle with issues already.

Mike was great. Super knowledgeable when I brought the car in, really easy to work with, kept me updated through the whole process. I’ve actually never brought a car to a dealer for repairs before and I was super hesitant, but I’m now for sure coming back any time I need anything. Couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience.
