I had no problem with James. I found that your system has stated from an earlier visit that I had declined installation of a part that had resulted in a recall. Failure of that part could have resulted in injury or death. At the earlier visit you did not have the part and I found that you did not order that part even though I had requested it at that time. This appears to be an attempt to ascribe my, or my wife's possible injury or death to me due to a decision that I did not make. I no longer have trust or regard for you or your dealership.

Chris and the team were fantastic. I drive there from Carlsbad because of the superior service. I didn’t have to keep asking for help, Chris heard everything I was concerned about and took my concerns serious. Other dealers brush off customer vehicle concerns and I really appreciate how Chris listened. I felt comfortable enough to have my wife drop off the vehicle by herself and not need me to ensure it was properly handled.
