Second time in one week that I had to return to service. Hoping Chevy/GM comes up with a remedy with their updating system. I have had to bring my Colorado down multiple times due to update errors. However, I am VERY happy with my service advisor, Ty Scott. This doesn’t mean I want to see him every week, lol

I took the earliest appointment available but Ty said because it ran into lunch hours the oil change took 2 1/2 hrs. Ty was great. He originally said it would be 3 1/2 hrs. So I was glad I didn’t take that long. Thanks
