Service advisor did a good job
Oil burn test was an oil change I had to pay for. The calculation of hours to miles was not able to be explained clearly. The oil change was slightly over filled on the grid when I got it back
He went above and beyond to help me get in and out and back to work. 5 stars, 10 out of 10 service.

My appointment was for an oil change and tire replacemen, when I checked in they only had the tire on the job sheet. It took over 30 minutes to check in for the appointment before I talked with the tech.
