Jeff was great with attention to detail. What is a little upsetting is I turned in an electric Lyric for service. (Full week notice of the service) I was given a gas fueled Equinox as a curtesy car. Kinda like comparing apples to grapes, both are fruits and both are cars. However a grape is cheaper than an apple. Figure the rest out. Not a comparable vehicle other than it has 4 wheels, gotta do better.
