He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt, even arranging a car rental for me when he wasn’t sure if the repair would finish that day. He kept me informed and had my car ready the next morning. He also navigated my extended warranty expertly, making the process smooth. Peter’s knowledge and care made all the difference. I depend on the dealer to do whatever needs to be done. I'm no mechanic. I like knowing my car is in excellent running condition. It is my only transportation. I didn't understand the numbers associated with the brakes on the video. I hope it means everything is good.
