Kristamarie is such a positive, pro-active customer service person. She makes it alot easier for the customer.
Every team member I made contact with either by telephone or in person was great. Also I must acknowledge Matt Blatt Kia who assisted when my car was towed there by mistake!
I had an oil change in December’21 and I told the service rep( Not Kristamarie) that the car sounded like there was a hole in the muffler. The report that I got back was that the oil pan was rusting as was the transfer box, recommended work be done but not necessarily at that time. I also requested that someone get 5 cd’s out of the CD player that no longer works. I opted to wait on the repairs. CD’s we’re never removed. Last week major problems with car that required the car be towed in. Oil pan, radiator transfer box etc . Again, I mentioned the CD’s. Work completed satisfactory although Cd’ still stuck in player and the car still sounds as though there is a hole in the muffler.
