John Ferraro seemed very competent and thorough. Not that it is in his control but I thought it seemed expensive for an oil change. The $60 dollars compared with $39 at Honda for synthetic oil when we changed the oil in the civic. It does seem that the service department is improvingl

I don’t know if my first survey went through but didn’t want to miss th e opportunity to say that Krista was absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me! I was up in NJ for a funeral and my transmission broke. She made a difficult situation a very smooth and easy one! She showed strength and character by being as knowledgeable as she is and also patient with me as it was a difficult decision having to fix my car being so far from home! I wish there were more
