Customer service is ALWAYS top notch at Matt Blatt Nissan. However, I personally thought the pricing to get my brakes done was a bit steep. I think being a loyal customer to the company should come with some type of discount or coupons in the near future.

Vehicle is involved with class action suit suarez vs. Nissan. As a result of the settlement,I was informed my headlamps would be replaced. There is ZERO visibility on low beam, which resulting in Nissan settling. Your dealership told me there is nothing wrong with the headlights as a result of their inspection. I made 4 FOUR phone calls to service to find out what that inspection entailed, because obviously if they drove in the dark they would realize just how WRONG their inspection is. I have NOT received a return phone call.
