Was very impressed with the high level of customer service. Kristamarie would not have been more helpful. Everyone I encountered at your dealsip was very friendly. Thank you again to Kristamarie for an enjoyable experience. PS this also goes for the young lady who checked me out. Very nice staff!

The emblem was not pushed into place and I had to return to get that done. Also, and more importantly I have an airbag sensor that is on and Nissan would not fix the issue, stating it’s unrelated to the current recall. Even though this vehicle had previous airbag recalls. I’ve filed a complaint with the NHTS and am consulting with my attorney on what to do next.

Christa Marie Calabrese really knows how to keep an irate customer calm. I've seen her in action with another customer and she COMPLETELY diffused the issue for both parties! Nice Job. Keep a successful eye on that that Service Rep.????
