I made an appointment for a recall and when I showed up they said they had to order the parts. I told the person I made appt with what my recall was and I should have been told then that the part had to be ordered.

Krista was great professional honest explained everything but I was unable to get my car serviced discrepancies between my extended warranty and Matt Blatt . She really tried to help even to put me in another vehicle that however fell through you didn’t want my car negative equity.

To whom it may concern Saturday morning at 11:17am I received this text from you guys. Update: Great news James! Your vehicle is all serviced and ready to come home! Thanks, Kristamarie Calabrese Friday I worked until 3am and so I didn’t see the text until roughly 4-5pm Saturday afternoon and so I tried contacting the service dept. but apparently you close at 12pm on Saturday, not knowing this yet I left Ventnor and started heading to the dealership hoping to get there in time before you closed so I could pick up my car and return my rental to Enterprise. Upon arriving somebody pointed in the direction of the sales area where a manager would be able to help me out. I don’t remember his name but he was very helpful by the way and did what he could for me along with Kristamarie who is always great. While waiting for the manager to contact Kristamarie and figure out what was going on I went to go take a look at my car and noticed it had been left completely unlocked outside in the open and not only that but in my 3 years of ownership and Only coming to Nissan to have my oil changes/service done once again I noticed that there was a bunch of oil or something resembling oil on the hood and It’s probably happened to me a dozen or so times in those 3 years. I don’t think I’ve ever complained about it but I feel like I need to now. I've seen oil on the door handle, steering wheel and quite often left on the hood and sometimes underneath the hood on the engine cover. I understand how hectic things can get, how busy it can be and I know you guys have a lot going on with renovations, parts shortages and all this while still trying to make everybody happy etc.. I was extremely upset after I saw my car just sitting outside like that unlocked and don’t understand how the guys can leave a customers car over the weekend for anyone to go through, take valuables or do whatever they want to. Luckily I stopped by when I did, I cleaned it up myself and was able to lock it up without having my spare key on me. I’m Sorry to be one of those customers, I don’t like to complain ever but it doesn't make me feel good at all knowing that my car is outside unlocked with oil on the hood over the weekend sitting while the Sun beats down on the clear coat/paint.

They never put windshield washer in and when I called the receptionist said they did put fluid in there so I had to come back later that day and then the mechanic fill up washer fluid. It makes me wonder what else did they forget
