Teuh was absolutely the best professional I’ve encountered at Matt Blatt Nissan. She was friendly attentive and very helpful. I had a bad experience the last time I visited Nissan and has made up my mind that I wouldn’t return after I redeemed my oil changes . It is the interaction I had with Teuh that changed my mind. Keep Teuh Fears she’s an irreplaceable asset!

Staff was friendly, but the wait seemed unnecessarily long. A total of 5 hours over 2 days to replace, balance and align 4 tires.

Ms Fears was very fiendly and helpful during my visit. Her professional bearing made me feel comfortable and confident that my automibile servicing would be done to my satisfaction. She answered questions I had, and when the car was ready she reviewed with me what was done to the car along with the costs of the service. I was very satisfied with her help.

Didn’t like that my car was only 6yrs old and the transmission is no good my car which is an Nissan Murando I think they should be an recall on those transmissions

Charging 3.5% surcharge for using a credit card is out of order especially when you are only informed when paying for service. If I had known I would have taken my business elsewhere as I will do going forward.
