The service itself was fine and all staff were professional. I checked no because I am disappointed that I can no longer schedule an appointment for an oil change. I have had 5 Nissans under the prior owners and it was always an option.

Mrs. Teuh, greeted me with a smile, she provided me with excellent service. She was helpful, polite and very knowledgeable of Nissan products as it pertained to servicing my vehicle. Overall I was pleased with the service, because I was not waiting for a long period of time. Thank you!

When I arrived, I had some change (for good luck) on the rear floor of my vehicle. It was gone when I got into my vehicle to leave. The money isn’t important, but my trust in Nissan is dwindling. Also, I told the tech, when I arrived, that the service needed message has been on since my last visit. He noted it on the worksheet and assured me it would be taken care of. When the service was completed, I asked if it was taken care of and he assured me it was. When. I got in my car, it WASN’T done. How do I know if ANY of my service was completed properly. I have bought two Nissans in Phila and two at this dealer. I no longer have faith nor trust in Nissan. I have always taken my car in for all required service and now am not sure I will return. I would appreciate hearing back from you.

I had to leave work early to get my car looked at. They ordered a part will call when it comes in. I did pick up my tags and they did put them on for me. Last time I had to do it myself . The staff was nice and clean waiting area.

After 7 months my car is still not running properly. I've spent over $11,000 on the Nissan. I bought a Nissan because of their reliability. This will be my last Nissan and last time dealing with Matt Blatt.
