Brooke was very helpful and efficient. My issue wasn’t fixed and appears to be a nissan glitch but not occurring enough to be a recall. But the service dept is doing what they can to help.

Your recall caused this issue with my car- but you failed to fix it, causing me to drive with dimmed headlights, off and on. Your service suggested I video tape it when it happens. Thinking the local Police Dept. Would not approve of that. Also would do nothing to help you fix it. You need to figure out what you did wrong during the recall fix and fix it!!!!!

I was in with an leak in one of my tires and since I have nitrogen in my other tires I specifically asked not to have air added to my tires. My tire pressures were 33 when I came in and after Service was 38 in 3 tires and 40 in tire plugged. Not only did they ignore my request they overfill my tires. They denied putting air in tires but this is untrue.
