I took my car two months ago because I noticed my transmission was slipping and they held it 4 hours and said everything was fine. But it wasn’t. Took it back and they found that the transmission line was rusted and leaking . Not impressed with Dave.

I brought the car in for a recall repair, and didn’t know it may take an hour. I needed to pick my kids up from school in that amount of time. Dave and his staff assured me they would have the car ready within that amount of time, and came through with their promise. Thank you to the team!

The day I purchased my vehicle my husband and I spoke to the sales manager about getting a tire replaced that was worn. The manager said that wouldn't be a problem and to make an appointment to bring it back. We made the appointment David in service was helpful and on the day of my appointment once the service was complete David presented me with the bill which I was not expecting because this was an issue that we found before leaving the lot, and I also thought the warranty that I just purchased covered that. To my surprise it did, David said he would see if there was anything he could do and he was able to remove some fee's which brought my final price down a little which I appreciated. I was contacted a couple of weeks later by Jennifer I believe and I spoke to her about my disappointment and she said she'd work on getting me refunded, that was November 4th, I reached out to her two days ago because I still haven't heard anything but I still get texts for a survey that I completed already and now this is my second survey and as of now I'm not happy.

Your CSR (Customer service representative) was very rude to me, not only on the phone but also in person. He also tried to give me so many different prices on my battery change and hung up on me once he realized that I knew the prices on my car and what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done.
