The environment was very comfortable while waiting for my car.I was greeted by warm and friendly smiles throughout the entire time I was there. The wait for my car to be serviced wasnt long at all. I received excellent service from Matt Blatt Nissan.

I didn't notice the signs in the service area regarding 3 1/2% charge if you use a credit card. As a new customer that should have been mentioned either when I made the appointment or when I dropped off the car. Transparency and communication is the key to all service industries.

Told me it would be done in an hour...2 hours later asked what was going on. Only to find out that my car was done and sitting out front- no one told me. Then drove away to a huge banging sound from front tire...had to go back and fix what they had done! Pitiful to day the least!

Only thing I don't like is the "upsell". You go in for an oil change and (not just you guys, it's all corp's, ie Jiffy Lube's the worst). It's just very obvious, but the rep's are "very nice"
