Krista Marie and the service staff are the reason I come back to Matt Blatt not the sales staff as I got screwed around a few years ago there and also I bought two Rogues at the same time in 2019. The service team is excellent your sales team wasn’t.

Specifically told you about a noise in the front end but you're unable to find it. My door creaked you said you took care of it My door is still creaking but not is left. I have paint protection and it's my understanding that the black parts on the bumper and everything is covered Brooke said she did not have time to call about the warranty because I had to pick my car up at 4:00 I dropped my car off the night before so exactly why couldn't she call in 9 hours that she was there
