It was a quick assessment of the problem and was taken cared right away. I did not have to wait a long time. Problem solved and I was satisfied. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

I arrived at 9:40 for a 9:45 appointment . I needed an oil change and a part for the passenger side camera. I was told it would take about two and a half hours. Luckily there was a shuttle service to take me home to wait . Four and a half hours later I called and they said it was done , but the shuttle driver was out and would come to my house shortly . I waited and by the time John the shuttle driver came it was getting close to a five hour ordeal. I think they need to schedule less appointments in one day. I would like to say John the shuttle driver was very professional and did an excellent job. Everyone in service department I met was very professional and polite. My only complaint was the wait way too long.
Left my truck over night from Wednesday. Waiting all day Thursday no one call, I called in no Brook and no one knows what happened to my truck. Friday still no one call, I called in still got no specific answer until 10:30 your supervisor kristamerie then called me back and told me my truck was done. If I did not call in many times and your supervisor got involved I would never get any straight answer from any of your staffs. Very disappointed to say the least.
Brooke was friendly and professional!! So informative and I was just overall impressed with her, the gentleman who shuttled my son to school and the mechanic!! What a wonderful experience!! Class act!!
My only issue is it to very long for a oil change maintaince, the staff is wonderful

Hi! I think Kristamarie Calabrese us your beat service rep. However, I recently bought a 2023 Nossan Rogue Sl at Matt Blatt Nissan. Other than bringing my car around to show it to Kristamarie I didn't really have any business with her recently. I did have my 20q9 Altima serviced at Matt Blatt Nissan I. October, 2022. Kristamarie was, as usual, my service rep. She took eo deeful care if me and my car at that time...as usual!
