The service advisor Connor was absolutely phenomenal. He was able to answer all of my questions and make me feel at ease. I am also unbelievably thankful for the help of Jennifer who assisted me prior to my visit and helped facilitate a pleasant experience while I was at Matt Blatt Nissan.

Not sure when I did my previous oil change the mechanic did not see I have faulty wire, the car drain almost all the oil, I believe they did not cover the two properly.
Problem is not fixed noise is actually louder
When I went to pay the cashier didn’t tell me about %3.5 charge if I use my credit card, then after I left I looked to the receipt and I saw it about $55 charge. I called the Cashier and I told her I had my debit card with me I want to use it instead the credit card l don’t want to get charged $55 for using the credit,she said no it’s not going to work

Truth was exceptionally friendly. She went over the paperwork with us and was very thorough. She made sure if we had any questions or concerns that we could contact her. She is certainly an asset to the Nissan team.

I received a text that my car was ready and an option to pay online to make it easier. I was not told that there would be a charge for using my credit card, $87 and then was told that you did not accept personal checks. I know there is technology that would allow you to make sure a personal check clears. I would also suggest that you put the supervisor that I spoke to about not accepting person checks into customer service classes. He was arrogant and aggressive when I asked how could you not accept personal checks. Brooke was fine but your customer service needs some work. I was charged $2,500 for service and to be treated the way I was, I will not be returning to any Matt Blatt dealership

Told me all brake pads had to be replaced for $650+$ and I just had the front done 10k miles ago. I hate that they're always trying to get more money out of you. I will get a second opinion and if it's warranted I will get them done in the spring when I return from Florida
