There was an issue with the Ford rewards points but it was quickly and professionally resolved. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
because I was over charged and You as a place of business has lost Mine I was told my issue was fixed more then once ! After 4 visits and 1700 and still have the same Damn problem and you are wanting me to spend more money on an issue that would not solve the problem and he that I was right but we could not figure it out until I spent the money ? That’s ****.

Well it took three times for you guys to maybe get it done right and I think the only reason you paid more attention to my issues is that said I was going to talk to the owner if needed after you charged me 1100 for the work , maybe it will work,Maybe it won’t you know the other issues and I am running out of space!

The last time I dropped in without an appointment I was told by another rep he could not get me in for a week. And it was right before leaving town. I was not happy.

This the second time my car was scheduled to be fixed. Each time the part was not there to fix the car. However the computer says it is in stock. This is going a year now which the part should had been delivered. I feel this is not a priority and they only check on it when I call and remind them.
