My car sat in the outgoing bay for over half an hour. They pulled it up at 9:16 after completing the service requested and I finally left the lot close to 9:50. There was one service agent and another guy that was just wandering around and didn't help her or even enter the service area until after myself and another customer were taken care of.

I was charged 1 1/2 hour labor. He could not have worked on the car that long. From the time I dropped the car off and it came back for pick up it was just barely 1 and 1/2 hour

We had a new door seal installed on our Ford truck. The new seal looked like it had been stretched or twisted, and caused a gap between seal and door frame. The mecanic looked at it and offered to apply double faced tape under the seal. The service rep asked if we would like her to order a new seal, which she did.

Had an oil change done so I requested while charging the oil if tech could look into a possible oil leak while under the truck , service advisor said it would incur a diagnostic fee and also it was to close to closing time?? Really an extra minute to do a visual and provide me with a little feedback is all I was wanting!!!

My truck has been there for two full days. Late yesterday I was told that it would be ready today. It’s now 7:00 pm and I’ve heard nothing from the dealership all day. I’m sure they are now closed and I am without transportation until my truck is returned. Prior to the change of ownership of the dealership, I would likely have received multiple updates if the truck service was going to take extra time. At this point in time, I will likely move my business to a different Ford dealership in Indianapolis (which will be less convenient) or go back to Chevy where I have options in Daleville and Noblesville that are not as inconvenient.

I’m for simple oil change. Expected a call to come get it when finished. No one called so I don’t have my vehicle overnight.. very inconvenient
