I'm very unsatisfied with the results of the work and would have appreciated a personal breakdown prior to being asked to pay. The car still reeks of fuel inside and out, and I'm not happy that parts that weren't broken were replaced at a cost higher than those that were broken, seemingly out of convenience. I feel like we treated a symptom of the issue, but not the cause. The cabin filter was also in upside down and smelled fuel soaked, which I replaced on my way home. I also dropped the car off freshly hand washed and ceramic coated and it was given back dirty with a lovely 1.5ft long scratch on the hood. For some reason my underbody clips were marked as checked and okay... yet the duct tape I put on them to hold them in place is still there and they still rattle. All of this and it was delayed nearly an extra week without so much as a phone call. Not a great experience. I had planned on bringing it back this morning, but my 14month old is sick and had to stay home from daycare. My wife and I will be there between 9-9:30am tomorrow(2/10). -Chris N

I called early on the morning to try to schedule an appointment. Mike told me they were booked. When I told him what the issue was with my car he said to bring it in and if I could leave it they would try to “ work it in “. Well I brought it in & had to wait . I was comfortable and able to read . My car was completed in < 2 hours ! Thanks

I had an unscheduled problem & even though the schedule was full the service team got me in and more than completely serviced in < 2 hours ! I was thrilled . Thanks so much
