I brought my truck in early and they completed the service and changed my wipers for me. Even though I asked for extra service that was not included in the service. They completed everything in timely manner including the extra work. They were very nice and friendly to me. They always are when I have anything done there. I am very happy that I have my new truck serviced with them. I brag to every chance I get about service and salesman’s how friendly and helpful they are. It’s hard to find trustworthy people to deal with when your a female. I have found them and will always get my business.

Mike could have contacted Ford to address recall issue. Mike stated he could not do recall repair because it did not show up in his system. He told me when I made the appointment that the recall needed to be done and it was in the system. After I arrived home I contacted Ford and they verified the recall was valid for my car. Now I have to come back a second time. Also did not even get a “sorry for the trouble”. Very unprofessional. Gary M

I was satisfied, but frustrated too. Waiting 3 weeks for a part seems excessive, but realize we are living in a world that is far from normal. Mr.Brown went out of his way to keep me in a rental car trying to lessen my inconvenience. My 2017 Taurus has been a real challenge. Still love it, too many bells and whistles on it? Lot of high tech stuff that can go wrong. Thanks Mr. Brown for your kindness.and professionalism.

Nothing to do with Travis, but service took way to long as I was there 3 hours before my truck was done. I had a recall, oil change/tire rotation.
