Dave did a fantastic job communicating with me. He reached out to me multiple times when new information about the status of my vehicle became available. Dave was always professional and treated me with respect. He answered all of my questions and didn’t talk down to me or talk in a superior tone. I appreciated he honesty and knowledge. Ford had never worked on one of my vehicles before, but as a result of my positive dealings with Dave, I will be returning here for my future vehicle needs.

Dave was very helpful for me acquiring a quote of repairs to my vehicle.
As long as I've been having service I have always asked for the oil to be topped off to the top mark of the dip stick. I checked and it is just below the middle of the two marks on the dip stick. This is unacceptable to me and shows that my instructions were not followed. Also, after bring my daughters car in that morning for service, I had to add a 1/2 gallon of washer fluid. They didn't even check her fluids as they usually do. Not a good day for service.
