I am satisfied with the service. However the wait is a little long (over 3 hours) just for a 40 K miles maintenance with oil change.
I asked to wash my car but they’re machine is broken. So not happy with that.
I hope they recognize that the back passenger leather seat has a defect and it is replaced. I’ve always bought my Toyota’s from Claremont, no matter who the owners were and appreciated the service given.
I was very happy with the way Hugo Ruiz attended me, he went above and beyond to help me. He was very nice and friendly.
Candace was great and answered all my questions and double checked with me on everything I wanted done.
Even do I have an appointment it took 2 1/2 hours to do oil change, my car was parked at parking lot at 4:20 pm but I wasn't contacted until 4:40 pm makes no sense to me

I waited almost 30 minutes in my car after the guy checked me in. It was my first time there. The service advisor did apologize and sad the other adviser was in lunch.

The service advisor said she needed to order the oil and we needed to make an appointment for Saturday because claremont didn't have the oil. When we arrived claremont didn't have the oil and we had to wait 5 hours. So what's the use of making an appointment?

I took my car on Monday August 2, when I picked up my car no advisor met with me. Looking over the paperwork that I received I noticed on the multipoint inspection that my cabin air filter is is checked for requiring immediate alteration and my air filter is also checked for may requiring further attention. It’s upsetting that I left the dealer believing my car is running at one hundred percent. But now seeing that’s it’s not, it’s frustrating and concerning.
I do not want to be contacted. I will just say this, while the service appears to have been done well, I ended up with additional work that needed to be done above and beyond what I had intended. That work was scheduled to be done by 5, when you close, and I was told someone would contact me when it was ready. Near 5:00 I called to check in, since no one had reached out. I was told everyone had already left, and I would need to get my car on mo day (the service was done in saturday). I scrambled to get to Toyota and found someone to give me my car, but I almost ended up without a way to get to work on Monday morning. No one called me or texted when the work was done, and everyone was getting g ready to leave without letting me know the car was done. That was extremely unprofessional and almost disastrous.
We appreciate Olive's attention to detail and kindness when we bombarded her with questions. Thank you, Claremont Toyota! See you in 5,000 miles.
