Service took too long without updates to customer. The car coolant was broken after 3 weeks of full service at the Claremont Toyota. Don’t know if they actually did work or check on the vehicle or not . So disappointed!

I m really disappointed with cleremont Toyota dealer because my truck has a air conditioning expansion valve problem,that until now they can’t fix it after two times that I took it to the dealer and I took my truck for third time for service and they didn’t change the engine oil, that is important part of the service of a vehicle so if they don’t fix them in the next couple months I gonna get a lawyer and take the problem to the court.

Headlights were turned off. I leave them on automatic, so I was caught off guard when it got dark. Also a settings menu was left on.

I was called that my truck was done. I arrived 45 minutes later and the cashier said the paperwork wasn’t at her desk yet….although I was informed on the phone it was. I was told to wait another 10-15 more minutes. 20 minutes later I approach the cashier again wondering why it’s taking so long. She now asks my phone number and pulls my paperwork out of her filing cabinet. No apology for the delay. She was not exactly friendly. Way too long for paperwork.

Mr Macias went above and beyond what I brought my Tacoma in for, the recall was to replace the fuel pump, which was completed, and he found that the truck had two other recalls which he had done! The intake service individuals also assisted in dropping off the Tacoma by informing me that I could put my keys in a drop off envelope so I could get to work on time! Very informative and helpful! Cudos to all involved!!!
