The representative was fine. However, it took far too long. My appointment was at 2:00. I was not even approached in my car for about 15 minutes, then I waited an additional 10 minutes before I was checked in. My vehicle was not ready until after 4:00 pm.

I brought the car in Friday August 6, my appointment was at 10:30 AM. I spoke with Candace Harrington,she had told me that there was going to be a charge of 89 dollars.I explained to her that the car had lifetime oil change.she told me it was only for two years and that it had expired last year.I went to the cashier they charge me $90 dollars.when I took the car back to the owner I looked at the paperwork it stated that the car had a lifetime oil change.the owner of the car called Claremont Toyota to speak to Candace Harrison she was away from her desk so the owner left her a message but! she never returned her call.If you need more information call Sonia Camacho ph# ****-****-xxxx

There, and will not buy another Toyota. I was in the auto mechanic business for years and I know when a transmission slips.and toyota is ignoring there bad design.again Jeremy is the only reason I still continue to service my two Toyota's.
It took about 3 hrs to complete this service.
