I went to toyota and needed one specific service done but instead they kept telling me i needed more stuff. Excuses after excuse to take my money.
When I called and told them my problem they were right on it. Told me to bring it in and I didn't think I would get my Rav 4 back the same afternoon
But I sure did. I am so appreciated with the service I received.
Not done yet, ordered part. Hopefully finished tomorrow. Never heard of gas cover unable to open with broken line. Jeremy was great not his fault they couldn't fix it.
You should not schedule every one’s appointments together. People are busy and schedule appointment so they can get done. Not wait in line for so long and have to wait hours to get your car
Very friendly and didn’t have me waiting for hours for just a tire rotation. The only down fall is that it didn’t come with a car wash. This is the 2nd time I went in for service and still no wash. But other than that everything was great.
My appointment today was at 9:50am. I wasn't checked in until almost 10:30am. I was then told it would take 1.5 hours to complete the work. The work was completed at 1:45pm. I didn't mind the wait in the lounge area, but please keep the customer informed if the work will take longer that what was told. Thank you.

I was disappointed that you were not able to provide the car wash along with the service.
I was lied to by the representative that was assigned to me. He told me I needed to purchase the more expensive oil change package so I can get a multi point inspection when in fact the oil change and filter comes with the multi point inspection. I am very wary of returning to Toyota after being lied to but a “trusted” representative.
