Would I would like to see is more service advisors available to help your wait time be less. I had a 9:45 am appointment and I had to wait 20 minutes before an advisor was able to help me. Why make an appointment. Part of good customer service is not to keep your customers waiting. Also when I went to pick up my car I had to wait 15 minutes before they delivered it to me. It seems that there was only one staff member driving the cars out to the customer.
Mr. Zalibra is always professional. He takes time to answer questions thoroughly.

This visit was a MUCH better experience than my previous services. I almost did not return to this dealership based on my previous experiences. It was a huge improvement and almost completely satisfied me. The service tech (Candace) was helpful and very friendly. She was great. The service was amazingly quick. I couldn’t believe my car was ready when I got the text/phone call. I was impressed with it getting finished so quickly. My first service took all day when I was today 1-2 hours. The only negative part of my experience was that when I called to make the appointment I was told that the dealership would provide me an Uber or Lyft home since I lived in a 5 mile radius. This was not offered to me when I was at the dealership. I had to walk 2.5 miles each way and it was a very warm and humid day. Other than that, I was completely satisfied with my visit. This dealership surpassed my expectations with this service. Thank you for listening and fixing the issues with the service department at this dealership. It is greatly appreciated.
It took to long. N 2 cars went thru the non appointment faster. I think they new the people. More like friends or family not fair

Phil was perfect. The vehicle retrieval team was horrible. I paid my invoice at 4:15pm and I got my car at 4:45pm. I asked why it was so slow and one of the guys said there is only two of us. You have 10 service advisors but only 2 people retrieving cars. That is ridiculous. I have bought 3 cars from Claremont Toyota and I drive 50000 a year. I get all my service done at Claremont Toyota. I don’t even live by the dealership. I can easily bring it to Tustin Toyota by my house. This is the worst service I ever had. I should charge for waiting like you guys charge for everything you do.
